Really good experience so far. Bought my bike and will be picking it up next week. Paperwork and back-and-forth was reasonable, just make sure you check the numbers and make sure everything aligns with expectations (general rule for every large purchase). No complaints for my first new bike purchase 👌 Facilities were very clean, interactions were polite and focused. I worked with LJ on the sales side, he was very friendly. Leaving this here now and will update later when I finalize my purchase and pickup Mar 14 update - Just wanted to follow up and say that picking up my bike went pretty much perfectly. They were expecting me and everything went as expected. A few weeks later my bike wouldn't start, I tried a few things, got it going again, but ran into the same issue a few weeks after that. Called into service, stopped by, and they had me taken care of (with a little persuasion and help from my sales guy who happened to be there that morning). They'll take care of you, but you might have to advocate for yourself a bit and be confident/vocally clear about expectations for outcome. Thanks again for a good experience overall!

I needed to modify an aftermarket accessory for my bike with a bench vice which I did not have. It was a quick job and so I thought I'd call Karl Malone powersports if they could help me out and Dylan with service said it was no problem and that I could come in next day at the time that worked for me, and at no charge. They did it next day within 10mins. I really appreciate the quick and professional service.

I had a preseason service done on 2 2024 Yamaha waverunners. Jose in the service dept. was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He unhooked the trailer when dropping off and hooked it back on when I picked up the waverunners. Service was performed quickly and without issues. I even won a $100 off on service by spinning the prize wheel, which was suggested by the other service employee (sorry, I’ve forgotten your name).Thank you for a great experience.
