Purchased a four-wheeler from this dealer and didn't have the best customer service experience with the sales people that I worked with or spoke to at first, we were just waiting on a couple things so I had to come back a couple days later and when I walked in Erick had gotten up from the front desk to see how he could help, I ended up working with him I stead of the previous sales person. He was quick, friendly, outgoing with great customer service. My attitude instantly shifted in the way I was approached by him. He was fast and made sure to get things done. He kept up on communication with the timing and answered questions and kept a conversation going. He made sure that the experience was better then what was previously experienced. Danny is another great person to work with he talked with me personally and made sure that I was taken care of. He has great customer service and is easy to talk with and he listens. He made sure to go out of his way to take care of my needs and get me on the quad that I wanted.

First time purchasing with this dealer and have to say that the customer service from the majority of sales team was not that great, they just stare when you walk through the door, However the help we did receive from Erick was exceptionally great! He was the one who got up to come to us and introduce himself even though we previously was working with a different sales rep he stepped in to help us instead and he was right on everything. His customer service was excellent, he was friendly and moved quick. He was easy to talk to and listened to any questions we had. Explaining things to us and carrying on a conversation and keeping us in the loop with how much longer things were going to be. He did wonderful at making sure he made our experience better and more enjoyable. Also Danny is another amazing person to work with he is friendly and outgoing and also makes sure to get you taken care of. He went above and beyond to get us what we were wanting and overall gave us a great purchasing experience.

Just got wrapped up purchasing a new kawi zx6r with Erik, took me on an emotional roller coaster which ended with me securing my bike at the rate I wanted when I first stepped into the dealership.
