First, it's not just the great service & those in service , parts & sales. Dylan lives up to the company name. He can do everything And the help I received and the understanding has been instrumental in keeping hold of what gives me the most peace. It's one thing to get great customer service it's another thing the great customer service over and over and over again and 110% throughout the entire process. Isn't it funny how something that might be a 2006 but these folks they honored the manufacturers recall on a very spendy sensor. A lot of work went into this and they did an immaculate job. He's a kind of guy that during my success as a car dealer and other small companies I would search out and recruit. Pay them what they're worth and they are yours for life! We had a wonderful experience at Karl Malone Motorsports with Soren. I found him and the store online. He answered all of our questions promptly via text. He/they were very honest with what they had in stock and what they could do for us regarding pricing. It was the easiest transaction we have ever made. Soren thought to have us go ahead and start the purchase process and licensing which made for an easy pick up and finished deal upon arrival. We decided we needed some extra parts and accessories for the sled and Karl Malone had everything in stock, plus some. It was a great experience all the way around and I highly recommend Soren and Karl Malone Motorsports.
