Very helpful staff that quickly helped me with a fix and got me back on the road

I bought a Ninja 500 2026 and I very happy with what I got, it has been a blast to ride. Kaden was extremely helpful in finding which bike I wanted and kept up the conversation while I was waiting for numbers to come back. Will 100% be coming back when I get bike #2!

Sam is absolutely un-Polar-bearable (in the best way possible)! If you’re looking to buy an off-road rig and want a experience that’s completely smooth sailing on rough terrain, go straight to Karl Malone Powersports in Provo and ask for Sam. We walked in just "checking out our options," but Sam was so driven to help us that he completely steered us in the right direction. We ended up buying a Polaris Xpedition, and honestly, the whole transaction was wheelie impressive. A few highlights from our experience: No high-pressure sales tactic-les: Sam didn't tread on our toes or force us into anything. He just gave us the cold, hard facts—which is fitting, because he’s as cool as a Polar bear. Expertise: The guy knows these machines inside and out. You could say his knowledge is top-tier-ed (and top-tired). He answered every question without skipping a beat or blowing a fuse. Efficiency: The paperwork was so fast it practically had turbo boost. We were out the door before our excitement could even idle. Now we’re officially ready to trail-blaze our way through Utah, make some ground-breaking memories, and muddy the waters of responsible adult spending. Huge thanks to Sam for making our experience off the charts and totally off-road-worthy. If Karl Malone is the Mailman, Sam definitely delivered! TL;DR: Go see Sam. He’ll clutch the deal for you, and you’ll leave feeling exhausted—from laughing so hard.
