Izzy and Kayden were great with helping me clear codes on my bike

I took my bike there to get the tires serviced. Izzy was great to work with. He did a great job of explaining everything and what the process was. Mike did the tire changes, he did a great job. Everything looks good and was done quickly. Great place to work with.

Kept me informed of status of delivery, answered all my questions. He was very attentive to my wishes,etc.

Salesman Sam was great to work with. Go see him.

I called on a Saturday and needed a bearing press off and on my steering stem. Shane, Corbin, Izzy and the entire staff were very polite, helpful, professional and quick in getting my problem solved and back on the road. I will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you

Soren was awesome. Helped me with a trade in on a 25zx6r that I wanted to get rid of due to potential for future recalls. Got me an incredibly fair deal out the door on a new R9. Even allowed a test ride which was exceptional considering how few r9s are available at the moment. Process was quick and smooth. Ive purchased three bikes from Karl Malone (2 at the salt lake location, and this one in provo). I highly recommend the Provo location and all the staff there. Hit up Soren for any future inquiries.
