I took my Teryx into the shop because of an occasional loss of power. The shop ran several diagnostics but couldn’t replicate the problem. But even though nothing was found or repaired Kawasaki said I had to pay $300! Jose at Malone’s didn’t think that was very fair so he and the team at Malone’s disputed the charge and though it took a month, they refunded the entire $300. 5 stars for Jose and Malone Motor Sports.

I just had a fantastic experience at Karl Malone Motor Sports in Provo. Dany was great to work with. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly found me a Polaris RZR Trail Ultimate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. My new machine was delivered to me detailed and full of gas several days ahead of schedule. I will be back for sure!

I’ve bought two motorcycles from Soren and the team in the past 18 months. Super great experiences both times. Quick, easy and a professional, no pressure experience. They were cool enough to source my second bike from out of state and made the arrangements to get it to Provo super quick. I haven’t really dealt with the parts or service teams as I maintain and work on my bikes myself but if the time comes where I’m in over my head, these guys would be the first place I would look to for an assist.
